Book our space for your event
Rent our studio space for up to 6 hours for your private event. Must be booked 30 days in advance with a 50% deposit plus refundable damage deposit equal to one-hour’s rental paid; the balance is due on the night of the event. Booking must include enough time for set-up and clean-up. Space closes at 12 a.m. Maximum attendees: 50.
Cost: $175/hour (commercial rate) or $100/hour (academic/nonprofit rate). Fees include the space and one staff member to be onsite; fees do not include any set-up or clean-up or any supplies (dishes, glassware, utensils, etc.). You must also arrange for your own caterer. If you wish to serve alcohol you must contract with a caterer who provides a liquor license or alcohol cannot be served.
Cancellation policy: Private events must be cancelled 1 week in advance for a full refund. Less than a week’s notice results in forfeiture of any fees paid.
