CHRIS FRITTON & CHRIS CHANDLER
Chris Fritton is a poet, printer, and fine artist based in Buffalo, NY, who spent over a decade visiting letterpress shops across North America with his traveling project called "The Itinerant Printer." During that time he covered hundreds of thousands of miles, made tens of thousands of prints on the road, and worked with hundreds of artists & printers.
Fritton met and began collaborating with Chandler in 2018. Since that time, they've produced a number of projects together, including series of prints, street art, and wheat paste murals. This selection is a cross-section of that body of work.
Chris Chandler is a printer and artist who spent over 30 years as a tour manager and sound engineer for numerous bands. He now resides in Portland, OR, where he helms Neu Haus Press and produces letterpress art, gig posters, and ephemera.
